All Bisite products are made to order, and our manufacturing process typically takes 2-3 weeks before shipping. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typical delivery times after your order has shipped are as follows:

  • USA: 4-8 business days
  • Canada: 4-8 business days
  • Europe: 4-8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 4-8 business days
  • Other international locations: 6-10 business days

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the USA, Europe, or East Asia based on the customer's location.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required to enjoy this benefit.

Import Duties

We cover any import duties you might incur, so you can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress. Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time. Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
